Region on my account is wrong

Apparently the region on my account is wrongly set to USA and I need to change it to UK. This is preventing me signing up for instant ink and the 7 month free trial. Think the printer itself is OK registered to UK, my account is the problem. How can I fix this or even how can I actually contact a human at HP?

Have you already created an Instant Ink account?

Kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance with enrolling the printer. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here
