I moved recently with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 from Australia (where I used HP 955 Cartridges) back to the UK, where 953 cartridges are specified for this printer. When I install 953 cartridges I get the error message that the cartridges are incompatible with my printer which is why I now need to now how to do a region reset.

Can anyone please help me to perform this region reset from Australia to the UK / Western Europe region.

The printer is used by all printers in our home - Windows 10 &  11 and Mac laptop and a MiniMac.

Hello @GSPVX , how are you ?

 

In this case, you need to contact the printer's country of origin with the change information.

Once localized, it will correctly recognize the cartridges.
