Region reset

my printer was brought from abudhabi.now i am in india.now required region reset.in the software asking reset code from any hp agent.please help me.once i got from a code from a good man.but unfortunately it doesn't work.any body can help me.

If you've purchased the printer in one country/region and moved to another, the printer will require a regional reset, in order to get the cartridges working from the new region, that said, here's what I recommend:
