Purchased the printer in the Netherlands in 2020. We now want to use the printer in Singapore. We need to purchase new ink cartridges but it appears the 304 cartridges aren’t sold in Singapore or the US (where I can ship from). From my quick investigation we need to prefer a regional reset for the printer to accept a different cartridge. Can someone assist with the steps - thank you.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

  

I understand you have moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
