I am moving back to the US from Europe and would need to do a regional reset for my printer. My printer continues to read "incompatible ink cartridges".  I currently have HP Envy Photo 6252. In Europe, I was able to use the HP 303 however I will need the printer to recognize the US HP 64. What are the steps to perform the regional reset? Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

 We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
