Hello HP support,

I moved my Canadian purchased Officejet Pro 7740 WF to Mexico and need to perform a Regional reset to Latin America. Still have the 952 ink cartridges installed (Magenta is empty) and already purchased the new 954 ones locally. 

Connected via LAN to my PC and able to read the regional settings via HP Smart App. 

Can you please support me with the reset ?

Hi @FedericoJ 

You need to contact HP Support to ask for regional settings for your printer.

 

1. Contact HP Support:

 

2. You need to explain to HP Phone support about "Printer regionalization"

 

3. Also you need to have the printer ready, turned on and with cartridges inside printer.
