I need support for regionalization of this printer, originally purchased in the United States, already without warranty, and today being used in Brazil.

Hello HP Community,

I am reaching out to request assistance with a regionalization reset for my HP DeskJet 2752e printer. This unit was originally purchased in the United States, but I am now located in Brazil.

I have purchased and installed brand new, original HP 667 cartridges (Black and Tri-color), which are the correct local supplies. However, the printer is displaying the "E0" error code on the control panel, indicating an incompatible cartridge region.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting, such as cleaning the cartridge contacts and performing a power cycle. I have a support case number from a previous phone attempt, but I was told to seek help here as the warranty has expired.

I am ready to provide the printer's Serial Number via private message so an agent can help me with the regionalization process. Please let me know the next steps to get these HP 667 cartridges recognized.

I am sorry for the delay and for replying here, but I reached the private message limit on the forum and couldn't send you a DM.

Update: I am still waiting for the response codes to regionalize my printer to Brazil (HP 667 cartridges). I contacted local support but had no success. My printer is ready, and I just need the Response Codes for fields 41-51. Could someone please check my private messages? Thank you.

Hi everyone,

**I would like to thank those who initially reached out to help. However, I am closing this request today.

It has been incredibly frustrating—and quite frankly, exhausting—to wait for over 48 hours for a simple regionalization code that only HP can provide. Keeping my computer on and my work interrupted while depending on someone’s 'willingness' to respond is not the customer experience I expected.

Because of this lack of support for a simple regional reset, I have decided to stop using this printer. I am moving to an Epson printer, where I hope to find better support and more respect for my time as a user.
