Hi,

 

I have moved to Belgium from the US and purchased a HP office jet 4650 printer while in the US. When trying to refill with cartridges purchased locally, I get an error not allowing me to use locally purchased cartridges. I have read a couple of threads online and it is clear that I need to do a 'regionalization reset'. However I am not able to find the correct number or service center in Belgium to address this issue. Can someone provide me with the contact information for Belgium support (not the generic support web pages but an actual direct helpline).

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

We can help you with the Regionalization Reset here.

 

To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

 

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.

2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.

3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region to which you want to reset it to.

 

Please confirm the above details.
