Hello HP Support,

 

I have a printer HP Deskjet 1515 which was purchased in Saudi - Middle East region but we are using it in the Philippines. This is why for sometimes we are using the Ink 650.  However, we find it difficult to purchase it here and we decided to do the regional reset of the printer. I have known that through this step, we can use the Ink 678 which is compatible ink for our country using this model.

 

Appreciate your help for us to perform the regional reset. Thanks!

I have sent you a private message with the regional reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
