Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i have a registered HP account. When on the HP support website i can login fine but when i try to manage an existing case i get a prompt to..

'Register your external account Email ID not registered in the portal'

If i try to register i get the message 'Duplicate contacts found'!

I've only had my printer for 3 days and already i have had an issue which took Hp support over an our to sort and now i can't even track the case!!!

Please Help!
