Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

1.  Trying to register my new HP printer to my HP Profile but does not accept my serial number.  Keeps asking me to "Enter my first Device."  And yes, I am entering it correcting and yes, I know I can click on the button to have HP software detect it automatically.
