Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello , 

 

I have an Officejet 5740 printer. It was unable to print for a few days but it was fixed after the driver was updated.  Registration was required to complete the update,  however, I never received a confirmation email.

 

Do you know why that is? 

 

Also does anyone know how to delete HP Accounts? I never found any info on it.
