Hi everyone! 😉
I ´m looking for the original firmware - to reinstall it, because the diagnostic information has some issues/errors and I can´t get technical informacion that I need for my particular job... (we have some OJ H470 in our company, and as printer expert, I really need to solve this situation - already send a message to HP support, but can´t get an answer).
In this link, we only could get an eventualy firmware update... not the basic/original one. More infromation below:
https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c02919168
"If a Firmware section is not listed, an update is not currently available for your printer."
If someone knows/already tried a solution, I really apreciate your help.
Regards

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are trying to update the firmware for your printer.I would like to help you out with this issue today.
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- Which operating system is installed on the computer?
Meanwhile:
- Click here and type printer model number and operating system.
- You will be able to download the latest firmware.
Let me know how It goes.
Cheers.

Hi Sandy.
Unfornatly, the sugestion you gave, I already tried to many times! ... it doesn´t have the firmware option.
I have two different machines with:

Thanks for the reply.
I made a research and could not find a firmware update for this printer.
However:
Could you please explain what error you are getting while using this printer?
So that I can help you better.
Cheers.

Thank again for your answer, Sandy.
In fact, I have a lot of problems with this model, but I´m really used to resolve most of all.
Only in some cases, that I already tried almost everything, I believe that a firmware reinstall could be the answer (when system information looks corrupted).
Thanks again for your effort!

Hi Sandytechy20,
Thanks for your time too.
I take some photos, to help you understand better what´s going on... your team could check my printed Diagnostic Information (with more than one original inkjet), so I don´t have any doubt about them.
Waiting for your reply,
Regards

I probably did not make myself understood...
This issue is not between the machine and computer.
The tests that I sent, were made without any computer or operating system! (as you certainly know, the diagnostic test page, doesn´t need it)
Did you analise this one too?!?
Cheers
