Product: b109a-m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

No way to reinstall correctly the divers of b109a-m on Windows10.

Not with HPEasyStart nor with HPPSdr.

At the end the on Device Manager the Printer is showing "driver unavailable" and the Scanner is not even found.

I would try to force manually driver installation but I cannot find for download.

The SW tools available for download on HP are not able to fix the issue

Any suggestion?

Try to install with the next driver, cerca trova
