The printer stopped printing. Message was to reinstall print driver software. I have tried to follow hp instructions online with no success.

Hi,

First, please make sure your Mac is fully up to date as listed below:

Next, restart your Mac.

 

Launch HP Easy Start below, as soon as it launches, from the top HP Easy Start menu select Uninstall HP Software :

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

 

Next, click on Set Up New Device, and then follow the instructions to reinstall the printer.
