Product: HP OfficeJet 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Installed Windows 11 and it uninstalled my scanner. I then tried reinstall the printer using the disc that came with the printer. The disc will not open to install. It will open and it only shows an exit sign. How can I get the disc to open show I can reinstall my printer to my computer.

* Click on YES button  to say thanks,
