I reinstalled my new OfficeJet Pro 8135e. I received a message that says USE SETUP CARTRIDGES. The printer won't print. I had already used up the set up cartridges and installed new cartridges. I need to be able to bypass the USE SETUP CARTRIDGES message.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To Bypass Using Setup Cartridges for HP Officejet Pro 8135e Printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
