Hi
I have an all-in-one Envy printer and had the messages about drivers being harmful etc that I think many have experienced. I followed the uninstall directions and updated the mac to big sur. Then I reinstalled the drivers.
It asked me to register the printer again. But.... I have an active Instant Ink subscription.... what will happen to that if I re-register the printer? Is the printer now technically 'offline' for Instant Ink?
I cannot speak to a human without paying as I am out of warranty, and don't want whatsapp or facebook.
