Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

After using online HP help for finding wireless, they had me uninstall my printer. Now I'm unable to reinstall it! Any ideas?

@Paula49, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Do you get any errors while installing the printer?

 

Check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

 

Make sure the printer and the MAC are connected to the same wireless network.

Refer to this document to know how to connect the printer to the wireless network.

 

Click here to download the software from the HP Support site.
