There is a problem with my computer, everything has to be deleted and I have to reinstall windows 10. I have an HP ENVY 5010 printer. So I have to reinstall the software for the printer. I would like to ask you about the installation process. When I go through the installation they will ask me again to create an account with HP and to enrol for instant ink. But I already have an account and enrolled for instant ink. So what do I do with that? I should skip all those questions? Should I go to 123.hp.com (which actually directs you to Microsoft store) to install the software or is there another address for those who already have an account with HP and install the software from there?

Hi,
You should skip the online activation step and HP Instant Ink enrollment steps.
I would guess that the software has already been installed as you reach such stage.
Try printing and click the HP Envy 5010 icon to ensure scanning is working as well.
