Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148fdw

After receiving message that the printer is OFF LINE and being unable to connect or change that I first tried replacing the toner cartridge (since it was very low).  Problem persisted, so I uninstalled the printer from my computer.  Now I'd like to reinstall and see if that corrects the OFF LINE issue.  How should I proceed?  Thanks.
