Product: officejet pro 9025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I need to return a faulty printer but have been asked to remove the print head and cartridges but following the (very small) pictures we just cant get them to budge.  It looks like the instructions are to lift the print head and pull but nothing happens!

Any help or suggestion for how to remove the print head and cartridges or technique would be really appreciated.
