HP DeskJet 2722e All-in-One Printer

I used to live in Portugal and now I live in Spain.

I need to move the printer from my Portuguese HP account to my Spanish HP account.

The steps I followed, according to HP Help, are:
1. Cancel the subscription (completed on October 2nd).
2. Go to the Printer menu > Printer Details > Remove Printer.
The messages on the screen say the printer is on an Instant Ink Plan. Go to Manage Plans.
There is no option to Remove the Printer from the Plan (which is already canceled and completed).

I have to remove the printer from this Portuguese account and add it to the Spanish account.
How do I move the printer from one country to another?

@Ajep, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Instant Ink accounts are linked to the country/region of your HP account.

  1. To change the country/region for a printer in Instant Ink, add the printer to a different HP account that is in the desired country/region.
  2. Cancel the original Instant Ink account to prevent continued billing. Enrolling the printer in a new account does not automatically delete the old account.
  3. HP Instant Ink Platinum or HP All-in Plan for Print: The service is only available within the continental United States. If you move out of the service area, your subscription is cancelled and you may be charged an early cancellation fee.

You should read what I wrote and not just copy and paste your canned responses.

I need to remove the printer from the PORTUGAL account and add it to the SPAIN account (there's nothing in the US, as you wrote).

Please reread my message and try to resolve the issue, which is internal to HP.

My Portugal subscription ended 4 days ago, and I'm unable to remove the printer because I get a message that the plan hasn't been terminated.

According to HP's help, I terminated the subscription on September 2nd, and the billing cycle ended on October 1st. I still can't remove the printer from the Portugal plan.

By the way, I just checked my bank's statement and was charged again on October 3rd. I would like a refund for this amount.

I was charged and cannot use the printer.
