HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer

Simply want to remove one printer from my account and renew subscription to printer that is also on my account.  I have two printers on my account:  one in Hawaii (discontinue) and one in Phoenix which I would like to renew subscription,  How do I do this without spending a whole day on virtual assistant?

Hi @Kehau,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To remove one printer from your HP Instant Ink account and renew the subscription for another printer, you can follow these steps.

Access your HP Instant Ink Account:

  • Visit the HP Instant Ink website and log in with your account credentials that are associated with your printers.

Remove the Printer from Hawaii (Discontinue Subscription):

  • Once logged in, navigate to the section where your printers are listed.
  • Find the printer that you want to discontinue (the one in Hawaii).
  • Look for an option to manage or view details for that specific printer.
  • There should be an option to "Remove" or "Cancel" the subscription for that printer. Follow the prompts to cancel the subscription.

Renew Subscription for Printer in Phoenix:

  • After canceling the subscription for the Hawaii printer, navigate to the printer that is in Phoenix.
  • Check the status of the subscription. If it needs renewal, there should be an option to renew or reactivate the subscription.
  • Follow the prompts to renew the subscription for the printer in Phoenix.

Verify Changes:

  • Once you've canceled the subscription for the Hawaii printer and renewed the subscription for the Phoenix printer, verify that the changes have been successfully applied to your account.

By following these steps, you should be able to remove one printer from your HP Instant Ink account (the one in Hawaii) and renew the subscription for the printer that remains active (the one in Phoenix). This process should help you manage your account without unnecessary delays or complications.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
