I had to reinstall my printer, Office Jet 6830, and now I get the not found dll error:
'There was a problem starting c:\Program Files\HP\HP Officejet Pro6830\bin\HPStatusBL.dll'
The specified module could not be found.'
How do i make my computer stop trying to find the dll file?
The dll file is not in the bin folder
Thanks

Thank you so much!! Your help fixed the problem I was having. You are a life saver!!!
**I was having the same error as another person who previously posted and forgot to change their printer # to mine in the description. I edited the post to fix that. I didn't see any comments on that post, so I copied & pasted it to mine since the problem was identical except for the printer model.

You are welcome.
This is one of those pesky issues that shows up every so often when all the printer bits are not successfully uninstalled.
Stay Safe.
Better 2021 for everyone!
