Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Just purchased my new HP Office Jet Pro 8030 series. Now I w'd like to remove my old printer 5640 from my printing platform on my laptop MacBook 10.15.7 My 8030 is already on the printing platform, just need to remove the old one.
