- HP App Version: 20.1.0.5822
- Mobile Device: OPPO A53 phone
- O/S: Android 12; ColorOS 12.1
I'm running the new HP app and I'd like to remove my old, long gone printer from the home screen. Long press doesn't work, and I 'seem' to have been through all the settings within the app to try remove it, but no joy.
Help a gal out would ya? 🙂

Hi @CBond, mate
You need to scroll down, down to the bottom in HP app
Below the square for Product information you will find a button "Remove from app"
- Just click that button and confirm that you want to remove it.
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
