HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Please refer to my repeated request to replace my acquired printer post assuring compatibility with my MacBook OS1015 “Catalina”. My several attempts to rectify HP’s breach have been notably ignored.

Hi! I completely understand your concern. One of my team members suggested the following troubleshooting steps for you. Have you had a chance to try all of them?

 

1. Check HP’s Official Support for macOS Catalina

  • Go to HP's driver page and search for OfficeJet Pro 9015e.
  • Select macOS 10.15 Catalina and check for available drivers/software.

2. Manually Add the Printer

  • Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Click + to add a printer.
  • Select the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e from the list.
  • Choose AirPrint or try HP’s driver (if available).

3. Use HP Easy Start

  • Download HP Easy Start from HP’s website and install the printer using this tool.

4. Reset Printing System

  • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Right-click in the printer list and select Reset Printing System.
  • Re-add the printer and check if it works.

As per the printer specs, it does support macOS Catalina. Please ensure you've tried all these steps. If you're still facing issues, let me know, and we’ll dive deeper into resolving it!
