envy 7640 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I took the top of printer off that includes the automatic feeder to unjam a piece of a frame that got caught in there (ya shouldn't have 

put it on top of printer).  I cannot get it back on.  The left side under the whole top has to pins to line up in holes.  I can get one side

in and not the other.  Afraid I'll break a plastic pin

This is a hardware issue with the printer.

 

I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.
