Can anyone tell me the process for getting warranty service on a replacement HP printhead? I needed a new printhead for my 8600, so I bought a new one online earlier this month. Kit CR322A. It arrived. I installed it, and it leaked black in all over and threw a leaky cartridge error. So I tried it in a different printer with a different cartridge, and it leaked black ink all over in that printer as well, with a leaky cartridge error on this one as well. Clearly the printhead is defective. The retailer says contact HP. But there doesn't seem to be any way to contact support without a serial number, and it doesn't accept any serial numbers from the print head. When I put the serial number in for the printer, it doesn't give me the option to talk to anyone. This is pretty ridiculous at this point. I just want to get one of these printers working again and I cannot even talk with support.
If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.

Does anyone at least know how I can talk to a real person in support? All I can find is the virtual assistant, and it won't let me put in a case because the printer warranty is expired, even though the printhead should be under warranty for 90 days.
I just want to talk to someone and explain what is going on.

@FerRX
Your reply is not helpful. Those links take you to the virtual assistant or to services I don't own. And the virtual assistant will NOT let me talk to anyone as I mentioned. All it does is suggest coming here to post about my issue or buying a new printer. The system does NOT recognize a serial number for a print head either, which is useless to me.
I just want to claim the warranty HP's website says I have on this defective printhead I bought. The warranty is meaningless if there is no way to claim it.

Your response is also not very helpful. There are no service centers that show up in my area when I search. Also, why should I have to pay a nominal fee to get a warranty replacement for a LEAKING printhead that I purchased? It should be a straighforward warranty claim if I could just talk to SOMEONE about it. Instead of getting sent here where nobody seems to understand that the issue is you cannot talk to a support person about a problem/warranty claim.
