I am trying to replace a printer.  I have an instant ink account but linked to the old (now defunct printer).   I keep getting asked to put in a claim code for the replacement printer but not sure where to find this or print it off?   It also comes up with can’t print as not linked to an HP smart ink subscription hence I am going round in circles.   Please help
