HP 9250c Digital Sender

HI all,

I am requesting assistance in obtaining the firmware package (.bdl file) for the HP 9250c Digital Sender (Model CB472A).
The device is currently in a non-functional state and requires a USB-based firmware recovery.

I am specifically seeking the latest system firmware, preferably version 48.011.1 or 48.340.1 in .bdl format.
Unfortunately, public download links have been retired due to the device’s EOL status.

Could someone please provide access to the necessary firmware file, or advise the proper channel to retrieve it?

Thank you for your assistance.

You can download from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-9250c-digital-sender/3330619

48,5MB extract zip and you will have a .rfu file you can save on a USB

Hi Valsimot,

Thanks for the response. I have tried this however, the file needed for the usb must be the .bdl and not the .rfu.
The .rfu is used for the WEB GUI and via FTP, of which my device currently i am not able to get to since it has no IP address. Loading via USB using the .bdl file from HP is the only way at this point.

The .bdl is used in more advanced and newer devices, 9250c as older device use rfu. I am like 99% sure that there is no .bdl file for 9250c.

There is an internal USB port on the 9250c mainboard that will accept USB drive with an rfu file.
