Hello,

since my printer is under warranty and the manufacturer is legally required to provide these files, I'd like to kindly request the files to downgrade my DeskJet 2823e's firmware to its first version.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to downgrade the firmware on your HP DeskJet 2823e printer. The printer is designed to work best with the latest firmware, and downgrading could cause issues.
