Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hi, I have a printer that was purchased in Seoul, South Korea in 2016. Its a HP 4675 Ink Advantage that uses cartridges 680. I have since moved back home to Denmark. Unfortunately, the cartridges are not available here. Following a tip from a colleague, I purchased cartridges 652 instead, as these are marked to work for this printer model. The cartridges fit fine, however there is an error message "not recognised" - cartridges fail to complete installing.

I now realise that this problem can be resolved only via a regional reset, and I request help from HP support to perform this reset.

 

I am doing this on a Macbook with OS Monterey version 12.6 installed. The printer is connected via cable, and I am running HP Utility 5.51.0.
