I have a resend upgrade on my printer, and nothing that I do seems to fix it. Printer is useless with this error on.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

Restart the printer, and then upgrade the printer firmware.

 

Printer stops responding and all lights on the control panel blink during the firmware upgrade.

The error message Resend upgrade or the blinking control panel lights during firmware upgrade indicates an incomplete or failed firmware upgrade.

 

Upgrade the firmware

Upgrade the printer firmware.

Restart the printer.

Download and install the latest firmware from HP Software and Driver Downloads.

If the issue persists, Contact HP Customer Support.
