Hi, I'm looking for instructions on how to factory reset my Deskjet 3755. I set the administrator password to something super secret and now i can't login. Please help.

Hi @pk5un,

Please print and Printer Status Report, check the Connectivity Section for the Admin Code or the PIN Code information, if you see a PIN Code try using it as the password (the username would e admin, all lowercase:

Thanks for your reply. I am able to print the printer status report. I see connectivity settings. The admin password just shows as set. (Admin Password: Set)

I tried the default password 12345678. That did not work. I was able to get the printer back into setup mode. I can open the Hp smart app on my phone and I get prompted to setup a new printer. I select my WiFi and enter the password, then I get prompted for a printer password. Nothing works here.

I'm having the same problem! The first time I printed a paper for the password, it wasn't connected and now it won't allow me to print the password.
