HP DeskJet 3637 All-in-One Printer

I have bought a pre-used printer from a friend and he has not set any password while he was using it. I have reset the printer to factory settings multiple times and also have disconnected the power cord from the back of the printer and the power socket to no luck. How do we resolve the 'Customized password' error?

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).

- Please share an image of the error to isolate the issue and when does that error appear on your printer.

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hi Irwin6,

 

Sorry for the delay in response. The exact model no of my printer is HP Deskjet 3637 All-In-One Printer. Have provided a print screen of the error that I am getting while trying to reset the printer to default settings by using online tools from my HP web server account.
