Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

Try these steps - 

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform a semi-full reset. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Can you please help me with this as well?

Can't connect my printer Ink Tank Wireless 416 to the internet after I changed the network password.

Followed every single step on all the troubleshootings... Ended up with Virtual Agent asking me to connect to my EWS but I don't have the credentials...

I also had a big problem with the HP Easy Start, it asks me for the username and password for the printer when connecting to the internet and I just don't have them!

Please, please help me!

i tried pressing cancel and wifi button on control panel of printer but its still not working, my ews is still asking for username and password. I also tried leaving it blank and typing "admin" in both username and password but its still not working, pls help.

Hello,

Was traveling so was not able to reply back....

I have tried many times all the steps that @Asmita6658 has mentioned but it only reset the printer (wifi etc.) not the EWS which stay same.

If you do little research, everyone is shouting about resetting EWS panel password on this model but i guess HP forgot to put reset recovery for EWS.

Prove me wrong please...
