HP Recommended

Hi, i'm responsible for out IT in the office, we have a printer MFP M442dn, it was setup at the time when bought.

since then never touched , people left and now trying to make some us of it properly we cannot do anything, seems completely lock, cannot login from web , didn't appear on HP Smart list...

maybe a good reset to factory default and new set will salve it.
