Hello,

 

We changed the Internet password and now the printer cannot connect to it but also does not let me to add the new password becasue it is signed in with our old internet.

 

How can I reset my printer? 

How can I change the password for the printer?

hi @Katha1 , 

 

please try the steps recommended below to perform a factory reset on your printer.

 

Follow these steps to reset the printer to the factory default settings:
1. Verify that the printer is powered on.
2. Press and hold down the power button. 
3. While holding down the power button press theCancelbutton six times.
4. Release the power button.

 

Let me know if this worked for you and if you were able to get the printer connected to the internet.  Thank you.

First of all thank you for answering me.

 

Unfortunatley, its not working 😞

I pressed the power bottom and than i pressed 6 times ( at the same time) the cancel bottom.

After that I printed the info the printer gave me and it still says that it has no internet conection and the password ( is the the old one)

 

How can I completly reset the printer ?
