LaserJet Pro M28w

Hi,

I would like to reset my printer as I can’t connect my printer to my WiFi and can only print via the LaserJet WiFi.

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  There's actually no need to reset the wireless, follow the steps below to get it connected to wireless.

1. Please ensure that the HP FULL software is installed:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m28-m31-printer-serie...

This example will be useful:

2. Convert USB to wireless

If that doesn't work and a reset is needed, follow this example:

3. Reset the printer setting

4. Install the HP FULL software again, this time selecting wireless (Printer supports 2.4GHz only)

Hope that helps!
