The ENVY Photo 7800 All-in-One Printer

 will not boot. When I plug it in, the screen lights up but does not advance. The on/off power button illuminates but does not respond to touch. Neither does the screen. I have tried with wireless and Cat5 internet  connections. It is just done? Motherboard gone? Or any way to reset it?
