Reset Printer standard from Middle East to Asia Pacific Standards

I bought HP 1515 Ink advantage printer in middle east before and now I do live in Asia Pacific. Thus, the original cartridge that my printer has is HP 650 but this model of cartridge is really hard to find in Asia Pacific. I wanted to know, if is it possible to reset my printer standards so that it will be compatible to asia pacific standards and I will be free to use HP 678 cartridge since this model is highly available in my country. If yes, please let me know the steps. Thanks in advance!

The cartridges purchased in Asia will not work with the printer as the printer was purchased in a different country. We need to do a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
