How do I reset the admin password on a MFP M480? I have tried factory reset, but that did not help.

       Hello CLNP,

 

 

I just found the solution. I went on the LCD panel and Administration, Network Settings, Ethernet. Security, Reset Security. That cleared it out. This similar location worked for the m604 and the enterprise 553.
