Reset admin password

Hello, I Lost my admin password.

How Can I reset that ?

(Impossible to reset because it Ask password in admin menu...)

Enter the administrator password using the numeric keypad.

The default administrator password is “123456”.

If that doesn't work, do this:

How to recover an administrator account?

Go to your administrator account.

Click Forgot your password?.

Enter your recovery email address or phone number, then click Next.

Enter the full name listed in your account.

• Click on yes button to say thanks
• Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered
• Please contact me to inform me of the resullt

Hello, it's impossible to enter password on the printer panel.

With web interface I don't know the login.

(i used admin, Admin, administrator... but nothing with default password)

That's strange to not find a restore configuration ?

I think the password appeared after the webconfiguration but I use the HPE login too, It doesn't work...
