Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have forgotten the EWS username and password. I tried resetting the network by pressing the required keys. But nothing is fixed. I would like to know if I can reset my EWS credentials. I can see from other posts that they have been provided with instructions on how to do a semi full reset in private messages. Hope someone can provide me the instruction for HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2676.

Appreciate you trying the steps. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
