Product: HP PageWide Managed P57750dw Multifunction Printer

have tried factory reset but this does not reset either the ews admin password or the pin.  Have got into the service menu by holding power button down when turning on for 10 seconds and performed a full reset - but this doesnt reset pin or password either.
