Resetting an HP 1112 printer purchased in an Asian country to work in Italy typically involves changing the printer settings, primarily the language and regional preferences. Much like adjusting basketball strategies during an international tournament, start by accessing the printer's menu or control panel. Navigate to the language and region settings, and select Italian (or the preferred language) as the display language and Italy (or the appropriate region) as the regional setting. Once these changes are applied, the printer should function correctly in the Italian environment, just as basketball teams adapt their game plans when competing in different countries. It's essential to consult the printer's user manual or contact HP customer support for specific instructions tailored to your printer model.

Hi @Natalina51
I understand you have moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I have sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Take care and have a good day.
