Good afternoon

How do I factory reset without the use of the control panel on my HP Officejet Pro 9010 series please (it won't let me get out of a screen that is saying the cartridges are faulty despite turning it on and off a few times)? I've heard somewhere on here about using the wifi and cancel buttons, however the only physical button that exists on there is a power button.

Many thanks

@GM164, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Officejet Pro 9010 reset!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry, but it seems that performing a factory reset without using the control panel on the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series requires accessing certain functionalities directly through the printer's interface. If you encounter a situation where the control panel is unresponsive due to an error like faulty cartridges, the common steps include addressing the cartridge-specific issue first.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
