Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am trying to set up my HP Deskjet 2620 on a new wifi. I have tried the methods to reset or put in set up mode ( holding the cancel and and wifi buttons and holding the on/off button and cancel button) , but the printer cannot be found by the smart app. Both the power button and the wifi button are flashing.
